The next big thing in Iloilo City is the Car of the Future – BYD Seagull. It is the brand’s newest mini hatchback electric vehicle said to elevate every drive! It was recently launched at Avana Premiere with cocktails and press presentation!
Also in attendance were an eclectic mix of Metro-Iloilo’s up and mobile crowd, who enjoyed on hors d’oeuvres – Chicken Croquettes, Mixed Gambas, Chorizo Assortados, Deli Sandwiches and Petit Force – by Chef Wilson Esparancilla.

The BYD Seagull combines all-electric power with the practicality of a compact design. The vehicle, powered by the BYD Blade Battery, ensures lower energy consumption and up to 70% savings on maintenance compared to traditional gas vehicles. It has a range of 300 km per charge and 135 Nm of torque. It is also built on the e-Platform 3.0 and has an Adaptive Cruise Control for a smooth drive.
